上网可以有利于我们的学习和生活，比如：我们在学校学习，照着书本学，是远远不够的，这时我们便可以上网查些资料，学习的就会更全面；还有，大人上班有时会需要写一些资料，可能还要几份相同的，如果用手写需要写上好几个小时，甚至几天，但是用电脑打字就快多了，假如要多几份复印也没问题。从这几点看，我们的生活是离不开电脑，也离不开上网。
当然上网也有不好的地方，假如你爱玩电脑游戏，玩的时间少没啥关系，可一旦玩的时间长了，上了瘾，有可能会影响学习和身心健康，还容易近视，可不好呀！
上网有利也有弊，不过上网多了总是要近视的，所以同学们要尽量少上网哦！

Internet is now coming into our life . It makes our life lively and colorful . For example , we can read news , write e-mails to our friends and get more information that we need in our study . We can make more new friends online ,too . What’s more, we can shop online without going to the stores. However , as we know.Internet also brings some problems .For example , if we spend too much time surfing the Internet , it is bad for our eyes and health . And it also takes up too much time, which will influence our study . If we play games too long , we can lose ourselves in it .
Our parents and teachers will get worried . So we must make good use of the Internet so that it will make our life more convenient .
