亲爱的校长：
I am writing this letter to you to express my concern about the sports facilities on campus. I have noticed that our university has very limited resources in terms of opportunities to participate in sports, especially given that the number of students on campus is increasing every year.
我写这封信是向你反映我对我们学校运动设施的关心。我发现就参加体育锻炼的机会来说我们学校的资源是有限的，特别是每年学生的数量在不断增加。
As we both know, sports are very important for the sound growth of young people. If they have access to quality sports facilities, young people are able to choose a healthier lifestyle, to boost self-esteem and confidence, and to build a positive outlook and sense of achievement.
我们都知道，运动对年轻人的成长很重要。如果他们可以利用运动设施，年轻人就可以选择一种更健康的生活方式，从而提高自尊和自信，建立一种乐观的态度和成就感。
作文写作方法
1、确定中心，写出深意。我们要着于挖掘所写事件中含有的生活哲理或找出它闪光的地方，反复思考，确定文章的中心思想。即善于从普通的小事中写出深意来。
2、文章的六要素要交待清楚。一件事情的发生，离不开时间、地点、人物、事情的起因、经过和结果这六方面，即常说的“六要素”，只有交待清楚这几方面，才能使读者对所叙述的事，有个清楚、全面的了解。
3、言之有序，条理要清楚。根据所述时间选择合理的顺序来安排材料。一般叙事顺叙、倒叙和插叙三种。
4、详略得当，突出重点。一般事件的材料有主次之分，能体现文章中心的材料是主要材料，这部分要详写，次要内容可略写或不写，主次分明，给读者以深刻的印象。

How to Reduce Stress
Stress is an inevitable part in our normal life. Many kinds of things, such as natural disasters, war and death can cause too much stress in our life. But according to a psychologist, on a day-to-day basis, stress may result from the small things: taking an exam, waiting in line, and having too many things to do in a limited time.
We all need stress to add flavor, challenge, and opportunity to life, but too much stress can seriously affect our physical and mental well-being, It reduces the body＇s immunity and harms the brain, If the stress lasts a long time, it may cause physical illness, insomnia, headaches, backaches, ulcers, high blood pressure-even heart disease.
When stress does occur, it＇s important to recognize and deal with it. There ore some methods we can try. A large number of physical activities can reduce onxiety. Shoring our stress with others can be enormously helpful. Making time for fun such os listening to music may be good medicine. Sometimes even crying is on efficient way to releose stress.
With rapid progress of science and technology ,our life has changed a lot .I think the school life in the future will be quite different from now . First I think the students will not have to use the text books at school instead ,they will get more knowledge on the Internet . Second they won't have to write their homework instead ,they will finish it by sending their teachers emails.
Finally, the teachers will not write anything on the blackboard ,instead they will also use the computers to teach.
